The purpose of this seminar was to create a forum for youth leadership awareness development, self-discovery, virtue, disposition, vision building, team building and how they can get active in community development. Also, where youth will be more informed on effective communication and mastery leading forward managing changes and innovation. Also create a platform to stimulate youth into professional public speaking skill for leaders and effective self-branding.
With regards to the this, it also create a link between youth and partner organization to carryout volunteerism in organizations that will help empower them in specific professional fields. Lastly to create a more vibrant and proactive youth society with positive energy.

The program started at exactly 10;40 a.m with the registration of participants followed with the arrival of speakers with a brief opening prayer and an opening remarks which was done by the program Director Mr. G.B Nfon Jr III
The program was divided into two session that’s the three (03) Thematic sessions and two (2) Discussion sessions. In the three thematic sessions, we have the following;
- Leadership foundation series
- Speak like a leader series
- Leading for result series
with regards to the 2-discussion session, we had the following;
- getting youth objective about team building, self-discovery and vision building (what is your role in your community)
- effective communication and the way forward (step to take)
The thematic and discussion session were the main focus of the workshop that is it was the headline for this workshop.
The first thematic session was handled by Mr. Bonteh Angel briefing youth on self-discovery, virtue, disposition, vision building, team building and how they can get active in community development.
Secondly, we had the speaker on first discussion session and it was handled by Mr George Charisma briefing youth on getting youth objective about team building, self-discovery and vision building (what is your role in your community)
After the first discussion the next was the third thematic session which was handle by Hon Ibrahim M. Bashir on Leading for result series that is briefing youth on effective communication and mastery leading forward managing changes innovation
the third talk, there was this part of the second discussion which was led by Mr. Lucas Lyonga on effective communication and the way forward (step to take) briefing youths on identifying the ways forward after such a workshop and also getting youth objective about effective communication. Stimulate youth to write down personal commitment on how to bring about change in their community.
Also, the seminar went as far as CAMAS briefing youths on the various leadership skill pertaining to development and how to change certain mystical thoughts into practical realities
During the course of networking, GoGreen technologies, spoke on the impact of climate change and how no measure effort has been taken to remedy the situation but if we come out in our numbers then at least we can reduce the effect of it in our environment
The meeting ended at exactly 3;30pm with light refreshment and a photo of the main organizers being our model of leaders
