1.2 Waiver of Interest in Copyright
I waive any interest I may have in the copyright to My Image now or at any future time. I acknowledge that I am not entitled, nor shall I be entitled in the future, to receive any payment or consideration for the use of My Image and agree not to make any claims against GGTech for any payments related to the publication of My Image.
1.3 Unauthorized Use
I understand that GGTech cannot control unauthorized use of My Image by persons not associated with GGTech upon the publication of My Image. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of My Image by GGTech.
1.4 Release and Indemnity
I release and indemnify GGTech from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the publication of My Image. This includes any actions for defamation, libelous material, breach of privacy, or copyright infringement.
